The multiple bans aside, I'd never hire anybody who can't write better than that. Sentences, paragraphs, sentence structure, spelling, and simply writing in a way that is comprehensible, all come together as a representation of the person doing the writing.

How are you even an ambassador if you have been banned twice already???
