I'm signed into the right account? but its telling me I'm not??

Hey, so I just logged on my Xbox account to play overwatch. When I clicked on it, it said that I needed to login to the account the game was perchased on. Which I was logged on to the RIGHT account the game was perchased on. So I turned the Xbox off and
on again. Putting the Overwatch game dics in aswell.

I clicked on the overwatch and it came up with the same opening so I thought is was over and done with. But when I clicked "A" it said I had to perchase Xbox Live Gold, I clicked "no thanks" and it didn't even sign me in.

The stupid thing is that THIS has NEVER happened before!

Have I done something wrong?

Signed in but I'm not

So I get on GTA 5 recently downloaded for the first and I go to online tab and it says sign into Xbox live but I already am and when I click on my profile nothing happens and nothing works to let me play.

Wrong password?

I go to sign in on my Xbox One and it keeps telling me "wrong password, please try again"........I just signed into this page, and I know I'm putting in the right password. Please help!

I'm stuck on the same thing right now. The page keeps telling me to "Choose my account" every time I try to sign in. This is very frustrating!!

Can you tell me more about the issue? Which device/platform or app are you trying to sign in your account? What's the exact error message?

Make sure that there's no issue with your account when you sign in to the Microsoft website here https://account.microsoft.com/

Ok so the Microsoft account i'm attemping to use is the same one I used when I first made my xbox account. But now it just tells me to make a new one. I'm 100% sure its the right email

I'm having a similar problem. I can sign in online but every time I try to sign in on the Xbox it makes me enter my account info and says its wrong. I know it's right and its giving me this code
