Why is it I share game pass and they can play the games unless they are online. I’ve tried every single tech support number just to be hung up on. I tried the contact us and requested a call just to be locked behind a sign in link that doesn’t work. I’ve been game sharing for 4+ years and now it doesn’t want to work. This tech support is a joke.

game sharing outside your household is a violation of TOS and can lead to account and hardware bans.

Are they trying to access cloud if so that would be why

Cloud is only available for the subscriber only

When did it stop working? Have you tried to re-set your account's home Xbox to their console?

What other steps have you already tried? Also, what error message are you getting there exactly?

I think I must have faced the same issue over here too my mw2 game won’t let me play online multiplayer and it’s prompting to buy Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate too

There may be a profile on her Xbox that has an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Xbox Live Gold which is being shared to her which is why she can play online multiplayer.

Since she only have Xbox Game Pass for Console that’s the reason why you can’t play online multiplayer.
