I'm Seeing A lot of Complaints...

Also (in my opinion It has a better game selection) and cloud computing with dedicated Servers are nice, I have had little to no lag in any game.

 

OP, I don't have any issues with my X1, it works great. Kinect works just fine, I can use voice commands from 20 feet away using a normal voice. IMO the X1 has way better games with better replay value.

 

I use rechargeable batteries in my X1 and well as my 360. I have always liked this over the charge and play concept. It annoys the heck out of me when I have to put a WIRE on my WIRELESS controller; as much as I like the new PS4 controller...I wish it took
batteries.

@wallsy01, although you're allowed to share your opinion, I would like to remind you that there are forum rules that you need to follow - by insulting others by telling them they should slap themselves for buying the very product this website promotes is
breaking 1 of them. Don't do that.

 

I haven't had any serious technical issues with my xbox one yet. The Xbox One may be underpowered but it still runs games well enough to not notice any differences. I chose to invest in the Xbox because there are still exclusive games that I want to play
and the experience I have had using Xbox Live over the years has been great. I have nothing against Playstation and I plan on getting a PS4 at the end of this year.

surprisingly to myself, after being hit by RROD many times last gen, i went for XB1 first this time instead of PS4

so far, no real issues. its big yes but quiet and im glad for it. id rather a bulky unit that keeps cool than a sexy little sweatbox.

the odd voice command being ignored and the odd issues in BF4 are all i have had a problem with.

people cry over the lack of 1080p but ive played BF4 on both systems and me and my friend have yet to really notice anything different unless you stop playing the game and take the time/effort to load another console for a side by side comparison

both console families have strengths/weaknesses and to be honest, the only reason i got xbox is for LIVE which is much better than PSN for stability

i WILL be getting PS4 at some point but its not a major concern until some decent first party games come out for it.

in short, dont listen to the opinions of idiots online when it comes to what you want to spend your money on. go try one for yourself and make your mind up. these types of forums are sadly full of trolls and fanboys from both sides trying to compare epenis
sizes.

personally, i love all consoles and am able to appreciate them all as well as seeing the downsides.

 

I don't have any issues and I absolutely love mine. I'd make the same decision all over again.

Remember that people are a lot more likely to post complains than praises, regardless of the topic.

People ventilate frustration on forums, especially official one under the assumption Microsoft is reading along (year right). Very few people take the time to post their positive experiences, it's just how humans work, there's more talk on the bad than on
the good. Conclusion, don't listen to all of it, go for it if it appeals you. I did, and I'm not looking back.

Last generation the PS3 was a complete utter disaster at launch, people said Sony wouldn't make it one year. Up to you if you want to join people like Wallsy01 and avoid it like the plague, you'll be missing out though.

 

Right on ice storm lll. Great post. I have had no major issues but one or two minor ones such as my ghost game returning to the dash board when I exit out of a cod match.
