I’m reporting suspected pirate and thief

I didnt know wherte else to post this or how else to report it so i figured d go here. So i guess my only question is how to report something like this properly?

here is the link for the purchase of black ops 4. When you buy iyoy get a login for a profile with the game on it and you must play on that profile. It is also cheaper than what everyone is selling it for so they are obviously somehow making copies of the
game or stealing peoples information when they buy the game and then buying more woth it and selling them.
