    I'm receiving this error code. E:00G01.


    I have just upgraded to an xbox one. Set it up fine and with the user account I have had for years on the 360. It is an xbox live gold account, it is on automatic renewal and when I check the status in my Microsoft account it is listed as current, as it
    is on the new xbox one. Yet when I try to play world of tanks I get:

    E:00G01. It says I can not play world of tanks with this profile. to sign in with gold account or one without multiplayer restrictions.

    I am using the same profile and account I have always used on the 360 with no restrictions and it has always allowed me to play world of tanks fine for years. I have done the big restart on the xbox one as one of your chat advisors told me would
    solve the problem, it did not. None of the questions on this problem have ever been answered on the xbox community that is very annoying.

    I understand a little the problem you are presenting to me, but I would like to know if you receive any error code or does it just tell you that your control is not authorized?

    From what I understand, this message appears when the controller is not manufactured by Xbox, so I would like to know if you receive any error codes.

    I'm unable to sign in because I receive this error code whenever I try to sign in or download a profile. Same error code everytime. Doesn't matter if I'm using a wired or wireless connection, it's the same error code.
