    I’m really pissed about this


    my “used to be great” Xbox just uninstalled all of my games (about 35 to be exact) and none of them will install so if this doesn’t get fixed I’m never buying Anything to do with Xbox. As you can tell I’m extremely mad because it takes a few hours just to
    install one game so. Yes I have internet, yes they were all up to date, yes i have an extra 2TB drive. This shouldn’t have happened

    Let’s get something straight here that you geniuses don’t seem to be grasping. I’m not pissed that I got a communications suspension from Xbox Live. I’m pissed because of the reason that I got a communications suspension from Xbox Live. I’m pissed because
    of how unapproachable Xbox support is about their enforcement team. I’m pissed about how clunky and unwieldy the enforcement appeal process is and the fact they make you basically write lines before u can even submit your appeal in that ridiculous questionnaire.
    I’m pissed that the only people who have responded to any of my forum posts in an area I thought was designed for players to talk to one another is a bunch of condescending pricks who are so convinced of their own self importance that they think they know
    the reasoning behind every argument they come across without even reading it and assume that the fact that I’m even writing on this forum post is just to bitch about being suspended. Well guess what geniuses. This ain’t the only place I’m posting this. I actually
    used that little site u gave me with the ideas thing for Xbox and posted on that so congrats, out of all your words that you’ve crammed into this forum post I managed to use one of them that may have been helpful. Also I don’t give 2 **** about this ambassador
    program of yours. I’m just of the opinion that anyone who doesn’t see how absolutely broken this system is is either worried about losing something they’ve acquired from Microsoft or is so deluded that they can’t see it. So I’m done with this post, I’m done
    being talked down to by people who don’t deserve the pleasure and most of all, I’m **** done with political **** agendas pushing their way into every facet of my **** life. I’m done.

    Sounds like your external hard drive may have died. Have you tried rebooting your Xbox? Tried unplugging the external hard drive waiting a sec and plugging it back in?

    The best thing I can tell you is to either contact customer support or to factory reset your console as a last resort only and if you do then make sure all of your things are backed up

  7. This can sometimes happen after a irregular shutdown due to loss of power. You may need to factory restore your Xbox to reverse what damage was caused by the abrupt power down.

    The best thing I can tell you is to either contact customer support or to factory reset your console as a last resort only and if you do then make sure all of your things are backed up

    Hey there Bizarre!

    Are you still getting those restart issues? If so, try unplugging the console entirely from the wall outlet, leave it unplugged for 5 to 10 minutes, then try plugging the console directly into the wall outlet (not into a power strip).
