I'm really disappointed so far. Freezes, Players with no Feet, etc.

I set up my brand new Xbox One last night, freshly purchased from the Microsoft Store in Salt Lake City. I was really excited to play and try out the new features. I bought FIFA 14, being a little excited about the World Cup going on. Anyways, I got everything
set up and turned the system on. I popped in FIFA, waited for it to install and started it up. The entire first match, none of the players had feet, as can be seen here - , so now I want to record this. "Xbox, record that!" I should to my kinect. I have no idea what it actually did, but the Game DVR snapped into place and basically froze. After the match I looked at my recordings and they were all over the place,
some were long, some were short, plenty of content was missing. So then I decide to piece together the clips in the youtube video above. I install Upload Studio and send my clips to be edited with it. Then the entire system freezes. I turn it off and back
on, go to Upload Studio, and Upload Studio freezes on the first page. I give up on Upload Studio, uninstall it and reinstall it. Now it's working fine. I showed EA the video above, and they recommended I uninstall and reinstall FIFA. How much uninstalling/reinstalling
do I need to do?

Overall, this has been a VERY poor first night with my XB1. It seems like this thing needed a little more time in testing before mass releasing it, and it's been over 6 months since it came out! I really hope to see some improvement and I really did expect
better from Microsoft.

@Lao. I'm with you. I am an xbox "fan boy". My loyalty is Unwavered. Yet I'm just really disappointed with it so far.

 

Hmmm that's strange...Have you tried completely shutting down your Xbox One? (Hold your finger on the power button till the console turns off) Try that and let me know if it fixes your problems with Upload Studio. As for Fifa that is very strange that's
the first time I've seen that glitch. Im going to assume it is a glitch with the game or the game disc itself.

 

Sorry for double post but I misread your post. I see you did fix your Upload studio problem after reinstalling. But if you ever have any problems like you were with the freezing. When you shutoff your Xbox like I mentioned above it fixes most problems. Hope
