    Hello, my name is Ben, and I'm very confused....

    So for some reason I can't send messages/talk in parties, but I can hear people? I was unsuspended from a two week communication suspension on Friday, July 28th, around 9:50 CST. I can't talk in parties or game chat, and can't send messages but I can hear
    people? I was still able to message people through the Xbox app on my phone tho. He was saying I may've gotten some form of console suspension, because I tried to talk on another account and that didn't work either, and my friend got on my account and was
    able to talk just fine. If someone could help me out, that'd be great. Thanks for reading.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.



    We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
    primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    It means you are suspended from xbox live until 17th July.

    You can go to the enforcement site
    here
    & file for a case review if you want.

    That's the only way to contact the enforcement team.

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    This means that your MyVIP payback will be calculated every month and be awarded by midway through the following month as a monthly whole. March payback was only recently calculated, and is currently pending in your account awaiting deposit, as you can see
    on your MyRewards page. However, we only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once
    you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.
