I'm playing a M-ratted game why does it matter?

So i was playing rainbow six siege and this dude had killed me. So i let it got then next round he killed me again so i invited him to a party and asked why he killed me. He said " because i can

Forum Guidelines.]". So i just killed him the next round then he invited me. And siad "[Mod Removed]". And then he kicked me from the party. Then i sent him a messase saying "[Mod Removed]". So i get banned for
2 weeks for saying that and he gets nothing for calling me a [Mod Removed]?

i tried to download the dead space three beta same with crysis 2 beta my acount is at my age which is 17 but it gives me an idiot message why is this i can go into storse and buy ratted m games no problem !!!???

Why does xbox com ban someone for 2 weeks for saying ****? Also who is playing a rated M game and can't handle tget word ****? Am I the only one who thinks that when thever person is playing a rated M game xbox should look at the complaint differently. You
are evidently playing something that has been deemed for adults but you cry when you get a little hate?

If someone harasses you online just report that person or block him from further communication. Retaliating is a breach of the Code of Conduct and as such object to enforcement acts.

The age rating on a game covers the single player only & means that someone below that age can not buy that game.

It does not mean they can't play that game & it doesn't apply to the online part of the game.

Everything you do on xbox live must be rated "E" for everyone not matter what game you are playing.

I can play "M" game's i bring home from the store, and i can down load "T" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. But i can NOT down load "M" Demo's, game's, and DLC pack's. If i try to down load a "M" game, demo, or DLC pack from Xbox, it says "This account is
not permitted to down load titles with this ratting". But i can play "M" game's that i have on a disc from the store.

Fact of the matter is, BF3 is a M rated game, kids sud not be getting ideas from it, as they sud not be playing it. It's not the developer's fault, it the parents fault not making sure they now what there kids are up to. But letting kids kill rats in video
games is wrong but letting them kill people is fine WTF. And how do they know you can do this, PETS sud spend less time playing video games and more time catching people being cure to animals.

When played online, isn't say. Halo 5 a violent game? Guns, gore, kill, Kill, KILL.

How did the gaming industry get around the M ratting? Did they pull a Monsanto and have a paid Judge and appeals Judges to rule that violent games when played online aren't concidered violent anymore, and is now. 'Case law'??

Or to rule. "You agreed" so you no longer have any say no matter what?

How did this rated M game all of a sutten become rated E online? And no. It's NOT for nor to protect kids. Of that we can be certain, otherwise guns, violence, gore, KILL KILL KILL wouldn't be in online gaming.
