I'm paying for a subscription I don't have

Hi, i got a notification that i payed for xbox games pass ultimate $2 for 2 months (but it was $15.95) last night. I am not subscribed to xbox games pass ultimate and I've checked this everywhere on the microsoft website and my xbox. How can i stop this?
I dont have a lot of money as i am studying and I've found out that it has already taken out over $30 worth. I cannot afford it. I have the invoice id number if that helps.

You'll want to contact support and speak to billing to see if they can remove it. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us but if it's not attached to your account and they can't
find it on your account, contact the credit card company or whoever the funds came from and alert them to it and they can cancel the charge.

I believe they will continue to try and take payment but after 60 days, it will be cancelled. As its only 10 days until you get paid, you should be fine.

Same thing with pc but you don't have to pay for the subscription

oh i forgot microsoft is a very rich company right?? yeah that's right, you pay for console, you pay for games, then you pay for a stupid subscription like bruh

If i was talking about pc, you pay for pc, pay for games, don't pay for a stupid subscription and play online games like normal

Click on Request A Call and type in a few lines explaining your issue and you will get called back quicker than if you waited in queue on hold.
