Im over xbox

Personal rant here after experiencing another frustrating thing xbox has implemented. I am now just finding out that xbox has a daily message limit now. Im beyond frustrated because in the middle of messaging friends im just abruptly blocked from messaging anyone for 24 hours. I have paid thousands to use xbox and its online services and am still running a monthly subscription. This to me is just ridiculous. I dont know why it was put in place besides it being due to the bot issue xbox has but its just affecting real people now. Personally theres just been a total decline in xbox over the years in my eyes. From them trying to up the subscription charge and many other things is just ridiculous. Then implementing things like this which affects real players trying to interact with people. Im just completely over it. Im paying to communicate with people but then am given a message limit, but I can be in a party and use the party chat to message however many times I want. Its just backwards and is stupid. Anybody else ready to ditch xbox and make the switch or is it just me?
