HI, Just to be sure, did you get the game using the same account you use now?

well what do i do since im innocent? do you suggest i confess to wrongdoing int he hopes that lifts my ban because thats outrageous, to answer questions anyway it was the console that was banned, i am the only user and all i do is play online, im outraged
at this as i know for a fact the system for banning consoles is flawed and im a definite victim in this

You are outraged about not being able to earn achievements on your account? I'm outraged at the fact that you modified your profile and all you got was a slap on the wrist.

In my personal opinion people like you do not deserve a second chance. In fact ALL modders deserve to have the offending account permanently banned
as well as ALL other accounts on their console permanently banned and then the console itself permanently banned. That would be justice. And coincidentally that would just about eliminate ALL modding offenses on XBL. Maybe someday MS will come to the same
conclusion and implement it.

You see, these two comments are where you have a conflict. If you were permanently banned, you would forfeit your access to your online passes if you are banned. You will forfeit the $600 (I really don't know why someone wouldn't
believe you spent that much, it's not unusual) of marketplace content if you are banned. That will all be gone forever.

If you keep this account active (as a silver account), and start a new account, you keep all of your content (except Avatar gear and gold subscription time) of this account, and you will have full access to your content on your new account, provided they are
both on the same console.

So, would you prefer a ban now instead of starting a new account?
