i bought a 3 mounth gold membership card i tried redeeming it but it tuk me 2 my billing info and i needed to put a postal code i tried putting in my postal code for but it won't accept it is a 5 digit number but it will only take 4 sum1 plzzzzz help

I scratched off code and messed it up big time not able to see the last 8 digits to recover code or the first 5. only can see 15 digits starting from the 5 symbol to the 14th to the last 5

Can you please check to make sure your account and console are both set to the correct region as this may possibly be causing your issue.

If you're having issue with the Zip Code in the billing information, but you want to purchase a digital content urgently.

I'd suggest you set your Zip Code to the UDPC (Universal Default Postal Code) which is 00000 (5 Zeros).

Your postal code has 5 digits? If not, please try adding a 0 at the beginning

If maybe that doesn’t work, try using a different zip code (but close to your house)

i know but still i can't put UK billing info! just the city and postal code but i can't save those infos cause country and region is still US, i chosed united kingdom as country that i want to migrate my account to! and it said that the migration was successful
but nothing happend after that in billing information page my country is still US and i can't do anything!
