im not sure why im banned

Discus and support im not sure why im banned in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; please send a private message to my Gmail i was supposed to be unbanned. on 11\9\17 7:35 pm its now 11\11\17 10:18 am and im still banned and it wont...     The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    It's possible your suspension has been extended due to other offences being discovered.

    If nothing is showing on the enforcement site then contact support
    here     & they should be able to tell you if you have had a extension put on your suspension but will not be able to do anything about it.

    Not all suspensions are eligible for a case review.

    The only information the enforcement team will give is what is listed on that site. They will not give specifics. It could have been something that was said to one of your friends.

    Yes. If you take the questionnaire and submit a review, they will investigate the complaint again to see if they suspended you in error. If they did, they will remove the suspension.
