I just purchased Gears of War 4 yesterday(digital edition , HK), I know it will come with 4 previous games, but this promotion do not work in China(PRC), Before I buy it, my xbox live's region is in China, After that, I change my region to Hong Kong. Will
I still receive the code? If so, when and how?

you mean the console region or your account region found on commerce.microsoft.com

If it's still china it won't work

You have to use the region migration tool under my account and change my region on this website

However it won't help you with gears 1 and 3 as both are region locked regardless where you pretend to be

You must both be physically located in a supported region, as well as having your account set to the you are physically located in. In this case, China unfortunately is not eligible for this specific promotion. If the purchase was made while located in China
or if your account was set to China at the time of purchase, unfortunately you will not be legible to receive codes.

By the way I changed my account region to HK not the console or something else.
