    I purchased Shadow of the Tomb Raider - Croft Edition on September 12,But I told you I wouldn't get a pre-sale reward,Because the game is "on the market.",But the standard version of the game is still in the pre-sale stage,This version has been released
    due to one of the pre-sale rewards, "48 hours in advance".Can't I spend more money to get what's included in lower priced items,Please tell me if I can get other pre-sale rewards, and if I don't get them, is there any remedy

    Hey Atomic Bomb,

    Thanks for the quick response. A factory reset may fix this if it is software related. The console saves the general settings and can be applied once the reset is done. Your Gamerscore, profile, etc is tied to your Gamertag so as long as you can log back
    in, you should be good.

    I've tried Hard Resetting my console within 20 somethings attempts in the course of 1-2 days/nights and the same issues were occurring.
