Also, are you sure the game is not the PC version?

Plenty of times if the game is on your account, but not on your Xbox, perhaps, the game is simply available on Xbox or you have purchased the PC version by mistake.

if you purchased the PC version by mistake, then, you can quickly get a refund and purchase the Xbox version.

Good thing that you have checked your order history. Kindly remove and re-add your account to re-sync the licenses, make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account.

I could care less if they listen to what's going on while I'm playing my game. Not like I'm doing anything I'm not supposed to do or anything I personal I don't want them to see or hear. While I'm not playing my Xbox One it will be unplugged.
