    im not recieving the keys from the luggage that i open after a bingo match.


    I will open a luggage after a match, it will say for instance plus 2 keys but it will not add those keys to my key total. I tried to exit and join again and still no keys. I am keeping in mind the keys it took to open the luggage in the first place.

    luggage items aren't recieving

    I am using a Asus laptop with windows 8 and when I open luggage and get items like keys I am not recieving them. I had 6 keys used 2 to open luggage and got 2 in the luggage so I should've been back to 6 but I was at 4 then again same thing used 2 got 2
    so I should be at 4 (or actually 6) but I'm at 2keys now. I am also not recieving coins. This problem just started today.

    My connection keeps dropping, and sometimes I can't connect at all.

    My connection keeps dropping. I finish a bingo game, but before the game sends me to the page where I open the luggage, the connection drops and I lose all luggage, keys, etc. Sometimes I can not connect to the server at all, and sometimes my connection
    drops part way into the game. I have a cable internet connection, and that connection is good, I have no problems getting online, going to Facebook, etc. after being dropped from the Bingo server.

    no rewards - Bingo

    You have to have keys to open the bags - inside the bags are various types of rewards - coins, tickets and power-ups. The luggage to open comes at the end of each game, and is determined based on certain tiles that get daubed, or power balls and power bingos.
    If you don't have any keys, when you try to click on the luggage it will try to send you to the store to purchase some - this is the "buy more" message you are getting. As soon as you hit the play again button, any luggage you had in that "reward" line goes
    away. By playing power bingo with the community goals, you can get a ton of keys - you can also get them by logging in daily - there are certain days that give you between 2-5 keys. Finally, you can get keys from daubing tiles that have a key on them, from
    leveling up or even sometimes you get keys inside the luggage you are opening. Other than that you have to purchase them with coins in the shop - five for one hundred coins. Hope that helps you!

    I am having the same problems. I will make a bingo and not get any luggage to open. I also miss not being able to track how many keys I have earned by making power bingos. It makes the games much less enjoyable.
