I'm not receiving reward credits

Discus and support I'm not receiving reward credits in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; i have not been receiving my rewards at all for the past few months.     I'm not receiving reward credits


    i have not been receiving my rewards at all for the past few months. For instance I have purchased For Honor and didn't receive my 5000 credits please help me sort all this out.

    Deposits not going through

    My account is updated, but it keeps telling me to update it and I'm not receiving the reward credits. How do I fix this?

    It's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Question forum in order for support to check into it. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star
    level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    The 5,000 credit offer For Honor is eligible for just started yesterday so it would be too soon to see credits pending. It takes about 96 hours for credits to show as pending. Keep in mind that if you bought the game before March 1, it will not count towards
    that offer.

    Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. At that time the rewards program started awarded rewards credits. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the Rewards site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from?
    I'm thinking of GTAV, but I haven't got enough points for it

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing
    gold. There are generally no offers to receive credits just for playing.

    Using Bing will only rewards points on the Microsoft Rewards program, not the Xbox rewards program.

    Since the gift card would be an offer from microsoftstore.com you would need to contact their customer support for assistance.

    As far as the rewards credits, there are 2 different offers. Only those who received an email for the 50,000 credits or the offer showed on their Rewards page will receive the 50,000 credits. Everyone else would receive the 30,000. but you would need to
    post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum for assistance with Rewards program offers.
