    I'm not receiving any codes


    When I try to log into my xbox live account, it ask to send a security code only I never get it no matter how long I wait. But I can log into my hotmail just fine and I can log into the xbox app and broswer just fine. Its only the pc version of the app thats having issues.

    I clicked the link but when I hit start, it just says no result found. I the other stuff but that didnt work too. I think my email was flagged as suspicious and that's why the codes aren't working.

    ok. in this case you will need to fill out the form to recover your Microsoft account.

    Microsoft support and Customer Service are simply indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

    Apart from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way, as no agent can provide information in this regard.
