    Not sure there should be a better broadcasting services like youtube and twitch.

    The Twitch app allows you to broadcast as well FWIW.

    No, it's not possible. Mixer is an integral part of the Xbox dashboard

    Okay thanks and not sure I can keep using the mixer featuree or just play my xbox games without using mixer.Not suree why mixer do this.

    I'm pretty sure you need to have your Microsoft/Xbox account linked with your Mixer account to be eligable.

    Was your Microsoft/Xbox account linked to your Mixer account at the time or not?

    Also were watching the stream live, or the VOD, you need to watch live to be eligable.

    My side account: Mute and Block on Xbox Live. Mixer: Follow and now not following.
