For some reason I stopped getting updates this month. The Xbox review app and registration app says...     I'm not getting the June preview updates?


    I've been in the preview program since it started. For some reason I stopped getting updates this month. The Xbox review app and registration app says join. Why would I join when I'm already in it? Once I click it, it doesn't do anything... I can't
    check my preview points or do the surveys nothing. I hope they aren't lost since how would that be possible?

    I left a post in preview forums and I'm not getting any reply. I used support chat and they can't help I phoned support and they can't help.

    How do I get the new update?

    I'm in the preview program but for some reason I didn't get the update that came out in June.

    Xbox One Dashboard Preview App Issues

    My Xbox One Dashboard Preview App Registration Status is Enrolled & i am even getting Updates.... Last update received on 26th June 2015, but still my UI is old one. So why i am not getting new UI even after my status is enrolled & getting updates also,
    are the updates region locked or some other things, i am from India....Please help me out....

    The preview program has their own support section if you visit this link
    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx     it will say "Get help" in the bottom right. When click on that you will connect to support through chat.

    Hey man, i hope you fixed your problem!

    I have a favor to ask you though, could you give me an invite to the preview program? I have been trying to get into the program since it came out. i have asked multiple people and contacted many of microsoft's employees, all of them without success.

    so if you're still able to invite people to the program, could you PLEASE invite '' to the program? i would be so gratefull! i'll send you an xbox live message aswell.

    May Update Now Available

    Voice messaging would come in April for preview members, but eventually for everyone in the May update, SSB. The preview members get each update up to a month early, so for them, they get the May update in April, with the June update in May, and so on...
    That's simply how things roll. ;)

    If you mean the update previews, then download the preview app on the console and request access.. 1406 is done (June Preview) so we're waiting for 1407 (July Previw)... they've stated not eveyone gets in but that's how to apply.
