I signed up for Xbox rewards and it's all ready to the best of my knowledge. I took a servey and got 250 credits. I spent around $160 on games and never got any credits for them.

i'm not getting any achievements anymore.

I've tried everything.

i'm connected to the internet and xbox live.

I have reached the requirements for the achievements.

But i'm not getting them.

I tried removing and redownloading my profile, power cycle the console.

Everything i found on the internet i have tried but still doesn't work.

HELP!

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

-or-

2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game
consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues playing a game. What game is it that you are playing? Have you ever been able to play that game before in the past?

Have you attempted to check the current network connection status to ensure that there is not an error occurring for the network? I suggest safely powering down your PC and then unplugging it from the power source for at least 5 minutes then plug it back
in and try again. Let us know with a reply a bit more information to determine how to best assist you.

I would also check to make sure you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription and make sure it hasn't expired.
