I'm not getting my login code.

Since you're logged into the email inbox and know your password, here’s what you can try next:

Step 1 Use the “I don’t have any of these” option during login

Go to https://account.live.com/proofs/manage and sign in with your Microsoft account.

If it asks for a code but you don’t receive one, click “I don’t have any of these” or “I can’t verify my identity” (this wording may vary depending on how it’s triggered).

Follow the steps to submit a Microsoft account recovery form:

Important:

Use the exact email of the account you're trying to recover. Since you're already signed in to the email, be sure to monitor your inbox (including spam/junk folders) for responses.

Step 2 Fill out the account recovery form as best you can

You’ll be asked questions like:

Recent passwords

Subject lines of recent emails (if it's used for Outlook/Hotmail)

Xbox Gamertag (if used on Xbox)

Microsoft services you’ve used (like Minecraft, Xbox, OneDrive)

Even if you skip some, give as much detail as you can. If they can’t verify your ownership right away, they’ll allow a second attempt.

Step 3 Wait for the response (usually within 24 hours)

There might be multple reason why you are getting this error. (cookies, cache, and etc).. I would contact support to help you more.
