Discus and support Im not getting my credits even after i update my account , help? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; It keeps asking me to update acount but when i do it still wont work..... i think its because i have 2 billing adresses but i cant delete the one thats...     Im not getting my credits even after i update my account , help?


    It keeps asking me to update acount but when i do it still wont work..... i think its because i have 2 billing adresses but i cant delete the one thats old, already talked to xbox and microsoft about this but they say its fine and i dont have to worry....

    UPDATE: Finally received my 15,000 credits, will deposit into my account on the 4th of December.

  3. Your account needs updating to make a deposit!

    The system keep telling me that my account needs an update to make a deposit.

    Nothing has been deposited since June last year, and my credits after September are not even listed as pending.

    I don't know what to update to make my rewards system to start working again.

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. Since this issue is currently being caused by a
