    I was trying to buy a HD on the microsoft site, except I'm not getting it is saying that my address is not valid (and I've tested another address) if anyone knows how to answer me please.

    Replacing xbox one PSU

    Hi, I'm French and I'm currently in USA for 3 monthes for and internship. I took my xbox with me, but I know that I need to buy an american PSU if I want to use it. However, when I want to replace it, the Microsoft site says me that my e-mail and my phone
    do not exit (on the Microsoft accessory replacement page). I tried with different e-mails, a french number and an american number. Nothing works...

    Hi

    As long as your console is registered on the Microsoft web site please use the link below that will allow you to buy one.

    When you open the site please click on replace and accessory option then click Xbox One HDD you should then find the option to purchase a power supply there.

    Thanks to both of you responding. I do see where it's listed on the support page and yes I could call MS directly. I just wanted to post a quick link for referring other folks to. Being a fix it on my own kind of guy I'd appreciate if MS could add the link
    to the accessories page.

    You can also call the support number 1-800-4MY-XBOX and arrange for a replacement if I'm not mistaken.

    Heh. That site only works if you have a few consoles.



    Once you register more than 8 or so, it just spits back errors.

    As far as I know, they are the same. On the official site it says:
