I'm not getting any credits back

    It's been way past 4 weeks already and I still haven't received my credits yet.

    Halo 4 is not giving credits

    I've been playing Halo 4 Xbox Live. After each game I'm not getting credits. Any ideas why I'm not getting credits?

    I think it's crazy that Xbox doesn't apparently have anyone you can talk to on the phone about this, quite upsetting anyway, I've been a member since July and I haven't received one credit... I've bought games, or ordered, done
    surveys to get points and haven't gotten 1 someone help me fix this..

    If I get banned, will I get my money back and all of the gift card money back?

    As far as I'm aware no you would not get any credit or money back should you be subject to a total ban as that is also part of the sanction.

    Hello InsulinMedley15,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

    -or-

    2. By earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders,
    game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    You can also see the Credit from your recent survey event on your MyStatement, which is located on this same page.

    You wont get the money returned.

    You should of checked your bank/credit card statements & queried the charges straight away.

    If it's been over a month then you will not get any money back i'm afraid.
