I'm not GanglyOstrich6, but I'm getting mails addressed to that gamertag

I'm getting mails for someone else's GamerTag? I got a mail with subject, "GanglyOstrich6, watch the Gamescom 2014 Xbox Briefing tomorrow!", to one of my addresses that is not linked to a gamertag (so far as I know.) But
GanglyOstrich6 - Xbox Gamertag - Xbox Gamertag is not me - I'm Idget47. What gives?

Says I'm connected, but I'm really not?

help me! My connection just keeps randomly cutting out. The internet works just fine on my phone and my laptop, but doesn't work on my Xbox. Wireless or wired it says service info not available and Nat type unknown. But when I go to test network connection
or multiplayer connection it says you're all good. If I go to detailed network or test nat type it says I'm offline. Is there something I can do to fix it or do I have to take it up with my internet provider?

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

 

So... if you're uh... getting email to one of your addresses... presumably you have the password for it, and you signed in to see the email addressed to the suspect gamertag. With the email addy and password you have full access to everything from contact
details, if any, to billing information.

In short: You're better placed than anybody on the forum to find out WTH. lol {XD

Why did you have a name change

 

It was not clear to me which support option was supposed to be used for this. And yes, I have the address and password for my mail, but not for the MSA used to create the gamertag. So I have no control over GanglyOstrich6. Presumably, either there's a
bug in the service that's erroneously sending me these mails or whoever owns the gamertag has set my mail in her contact preferences. Thoughts on how I can get either of those corrected?
