Now as you can see my member date has changed to nowadays.

So I would like to have my points back, and receive all the pending deposits for the games I've buyed and not receive the credits:

Fiding Dory - movie;

Destiny taken King and Rise of Iron ( Pre-ordered);

The Division gold edition (pre-ordered)

Recore;

resident evil triple pack;

Darksiders 1 and 2 etc ...

Hi ll Canes ll. The region listed on that page is your Xbox Live region, not your Rewards region. Your Rewards region is still set to USA. If you opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll, your Rewards region will change to Brazil. Once you
do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits. Thanks!

Hello ll Canes ll,

We can confirm that your regions are now matching and have started the transfer process. However, as mentioned in your previous post, we can only Credit purchases made in your Rewards Account's regional currency. Since you were registered as a US Member,
and your purchases were in BRL, we cannot Reward those purchases.
