    Hello There!

    Regarding to the answer in the link below, I barely understood, therefore I was not complaining for purchases I've made in US.

    I'm not being rewarded

    I've changed the region of my account already a couple months ago, furthermore I've double checked and it is in Brazilian Region with Perfect status.

    So I've the points that was registered to my account before plus the points I was not receiving.

    Hello ll Canes ll,

    We can confirm that your regions are now matching and have started the transfer process. However, as mentioned in your previous post, we can only Credit purchases made in your Rewards Account's regional currency. Since you were registered as a US Member,
    and your purchases were in BRL, we cannot Reward those purchases.

    Hi ll Canes ll. The region listed on that page is your Xbox Live region, not your Rewards region. Your Rewards region is still set to USA. If you opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and then re-enroll, your Rewards region will change to Brazil. Once you
    do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits. Thanks!

    When you created your Rewards Account, you had a US Microsoft Account. Therefore, we created your Rewards Account off of this information and registered you as a US Rewards member. Therefore, we are only tracking your purchases made with USD. Any purchases
    made with an alternate regional currency will not be eligible for Rewards.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region you can opt out of the program at ( https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ )
    , wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

    While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
    from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your
    account has successfully been re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    As you can see by your join by date still being dated in 2012 and the Rewards Credits in your account, you have not closed out your old account and made a new one.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
    You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
    which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
    If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
    from your old account to your new one.

    Since you registered as a US Rewards Member with a US Microsoft Account, we are only awarding purchases in USD. Since you have made purchases in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.
