    My answer:

    Not exist any place saying that my account are US account. It's just showed that it's Brazil region. Microsoft cannot show a public information and tell me another in particular. This specific and fundamental information is not showed
    to me, it's just showed for Microsoft. Even Microsoft Brazil call me and, after that, send me a e-mail confirming that my account is a brazilian account. I want my survey credits awn my boughts in my local currency credited on my new (as Microsoft say) Brazilian
    rewards account. I'm VIP already if Microsoft sum everything I have bought. I'm buying a lot of games. This is so disrespectful with me as a client. I'm pretty tired of all this discussion. If Microsoft not solve this problem I will prosecute Microsoft. My
    lawyer already know all this problem. She suggests that I not have to discuss anymore with Microsoft support, just prosecute because support don't want to solve this problem, just pushing this problem back to me. But I will give a last chance to me and Microsoft
    agree and solve this problem. I pretty sure that the failure is in Microsoft side and and sorry for that but it's not fair for me that i'm paying a lot of money because Microsoft failure. As I say i'm client and want to buy more and more games (just last week

    Hello Sgt Pepper MaC,

    Since you registered as a US Rewards Member with a US Microsoft Account, we are only awarding purchases in USD. Since you have made purchases in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

    Rewards Accounts are created based in the region of your Microsoft Account at the time of registration. Since you chose to register as a US Microsoft Account member, you created a US Rewards Account. Since your purchases have been in Brazilian Real, they
    are not eligible for Rewards, since only purchases in your Rewards regional currency are eligible for Rewards; in this case, USD. We see that in May 26, 2013, you chose to migrate your region from Brazil to the United States. On May 1st, 2017, you chose to
    register into the Rewards program, which created a US Rewards Account for your US Microsoft Account. You then shortly chose to migrate to the Brazil region on May 19th, 2017.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region you must opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48
    hours. This will close out your current US Rewards Account, and create a brand new Brazilian Rewards Account, which will cause you to lose your current progress, but set your account up to Reward purchases in BRL.

    As mentioned in your previous posts, since you chose to enroll into the Rewards program with a US Microsoft Account, we created a US Rewards Account for you. The region previously listed on the bottom of the MyRewards page is your current Microsoft Account
    region, and not the region of your Rewards Account. As stated in the FAQ, only purchases made in the region you first enrolled in are eligible for Rewards:

    Your MyVIP Credits will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account by the 15th of each month.
    Please note that MyVIP Credits are calculated and deposited based on the currency of the region you listed when you first enrolled in the program, and that any purchases must be made in that same currency to count towards MyVIP.

    After reviewing your purchases, you made multiple downloads with a US payment account and a purchase of $1 in USD for 1 month gold in April, the same time you registered into the Rewards program. This aligns with the fact that you
    registered as a US Microsoft Account.

    for help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    is not true because I spent just yesterday 300 reals, beside the more than 1000 real I already have bought from microsoft. This is very, very annoying. This live rewards program just not reward.. just promise reward. At least for me...
