    If optout and sign back again to live rewards I will lost all boughts I already have made? So I will not receive any rewards?

    This is not my problem. In my rewards page is written that my region is Brazil. The information about my rewards page is US is showed only to Microsoft Live Rewards team. I my page is Written Brazil on my region. You Understand this?

    Is outrageous you propaganda saying to me to buy something to gain rewards and after that you don't give what you promise.

    I will repeat one more time hoping you understand: My live reward page is saying that my region is Brazil not US.

    I even received a phone call of Microsoft support team at Brazil and they guarantee me tha my region is Brazil. They even have send me a email talking this. I can send this email to you if you want.

    I demand again to you solve this problem doing the following: Change my region internally for you to Brazil and give my rewards of games I already bought.

    I have bough a lot of digital games and I willl buy more. I bought more games than costs a new ps4, because I want to use xbox forever (retrocompatibility in future). But I don't know if microsoft support want I do this be with so careless client relationship

    Please solve this problem, I want to buy more games and receive my rewards urgently

    Hello Sgt Pepper MaC,

    Since you registered as a US Rewards Member with a US Microsoft Account, we are only awarding purchases in USD. Since you have made purchases in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

    Rewards Accounts are created based in the region of your Microsoft Account at the time of registration. Since you chose to register as a US Microsoft Account member, you created a US Rewards Account. Since your purchases have been in Brazilian Real, they
    are not eligible for Rewards, since only purchases in your Rewards regional currency are eligible for Rewards; in this case, USD. We see that in May 26, 2013, you chose to migrate your region from Brazil to the United States. On May 1st, 2017, you chose to
    register into the Rewards program, which created a US Rewards Account for your US Microsoft Account. You then shortly chose to migrate to the Brazil region on May 19th, 2017.

    If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region you must opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48
    hours. This will close out your current US Rewards Account, and create a brand new Brazilian Rewards Account, which will cause you to lose your current progress, but set your account up to Reward purchases in BRL.

    Hi Sgt Pepper MaC. Your Xbox Live region was set to US when you first enrolled into Xbox Live Rewards. You see your Rewards account as Brazilian because of the setting on the bottom of the website is set to Brazil. While your Xbox Live account is set to
    Brazil, your Rewards account is still US. Unfortunately, we cannot change this on our end. You will need to opt out of the program and re-register in order for your Rewards account to be set to Brazil. Your current pending Credits for your surveys are recoverable.

    for help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

    is not true because I spent just yesterday 300 reals, beside the more than 1000 real I already have bought from microsoft. This is very, very annoying. This live rewards program just not reward.. just promise reward. At least for me...
