    This is not True: My rewards account is always a Brazilian account. It's impossible to me buy games in dollar. Believe, I have tried. Even asked at xbox support chat and they have said that it not possible for me buy in dollar because my account are Brazilian
    account. If it's not a Brazilian account I can't even buy games on 360. I have bought a lot of retro compatible 360 games on my xbox one. I will send pictures to show you that my Rewards account are a Brazilian account and my xbox account it's Brazilian. Everything
    of this is terrible. I have bought lot of games thinking about my livre rewards and this is support you want to sell me? This is wrong.

    My message this time:

    This is not a decent solution. You said that the best solution microsoft can offer to me, a heavily consumer (just see my account), is that i have to lost everything I have bough in rewards because I don’t know how internally Xbox live rewards work?

    This is not true that my live rewards is an US account, Just see the images.. It’s in Portuguese but say the following (you can consult a online translate tool if you don’t believe me):

    So if Xbox live rewards official website is saying that my region is Brazil.. Not US, not Japan, Not Argentina.. is written: Brazil!

    Now, after a bought a lot of money in digital games you saying that is my fault because 4 years ago I have put my hotmail as US and now, even if the xbox live rewards official website showing that my region are Brazil I have to delete my account, create
    another one and lost everything? Is not my fault!

    If Xbox live rewards website saying US. OK! I will probably be wrong and you right. But Site is saying Brazil and I have bought games in Brazil (microsoft don't allows me spend my dollars, believe me, I have tried, and even talked
    at ms support about this). So what the problem? This Is not right! I demand you deposit my rewards as promised.. I have bought games thinking about my rewards. I don’t want to believe you want that I have to lost everything and this is ok for Microsoft. I
    am a consumer not a pirate o something like that. I pay my taxes. This is very disrespectful with me.

    Since you registered as a US Rewards Member with a US Microsoft Account, we are only awarding purchases in USD. Since you have made purchases in a different regional currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

    The region on your MyRewards page is the current Microsoft Account region you have set to receive deposits into, and not your current Xbox Live Rewards region. We see that you have not received any Credits due to registering as a US Rewards member and purchasing
    in BRL. Since only purchases made with the regional currency of your Rewards Account are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards, your purchases are not eligible. Furthermore, we will be unable to perform any deposits since your current Rewards region and Microsoft
    Account region are not matching. When we attempt to deposit in USD from your US Rewards Account, it will fail, since we cannot deposit USD into a Brazilian Microsoft Account that will only accept BRL.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location.
    Another option if you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also
    take 48 hours.

    Hi Sgt Pepper MaC. Your Xbox Live region was set to US when you first enrolled into Xbox Live Rewards. You see your Rewards account as Brazilian because of the setting on the bottom of the website is set to Brazil. While your Xbox Live account is set to
    Brazil, your Rewards account is still US. Unfortunately, we cannot change this on our end. You will need to opt out of the program and re-register in order for your Rewards account to be set to Brazil. Your current pending Credits for your surveys are recoverable.

    for help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
    1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.
