I'm not able to sync anything

Hi, can you provide an error code if there is one? And I recommend doing this process,

Press the Guide button on your controller, and navigate to System > Settings > Network > Network settings.

1. Select Advanced settings.

2. Select the Alternate MAC address.

3. Select Clear.

4. Select Restart.

I think my sync button might be broken, Doesn't seem to even search for anything to sync with.. I'm using the only other button on the console, pretty certain it's the sync.

It's just above the USB ports on the front, if that isn't it then i don't have anything else to press.

I wasn’t able to do anything when powering on with sync and eject pressed. Went through the same sequence with green screen then black.

The exact same thing happens to me EVERY TIME I try to purchase something. I have to call and get told some BS excuses about why I can't make a purchase at that time. I make them start a service case about my account and 2 days later I will get an email
telling me that I can now make my purchase. I do and it goes thru with no problem. A week or two later I try to make another purchase and it starts all over.
