Discus and support I'm not able to send a message to my friends even though my reputation and my profile are fine. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; What else can I do?     I'm not able to send a message to my friends even though my reputation and my profile are fine.


    What else can I do? I checked everything and all is perfect. Do I need a particular app on my console to be able to chat? If so, which one?

    So I'm unable to send messages to my friends

    I see one that says June 6 2017 (06\06\2017) and another one that says August 6 2017 (08\06\2017) but nowhere do I see June 22 2017 (06\22\2017). Looking at that, you're under a ban until August 6 2017.

    So. I had two bans one that ended on the 21 of this month and another that ended on 22 of this month but for some reason I still can't send messages or invite people to a party. But if you look on the picture it clearly says that the banned is over, Need

    I Was perma-banned Without explanation & my entire library was stripped from me.

    My reputation on the enforcement page is green, and nothing is listed on my profile as negative; I have my settings set so im unable to hear/recieve messages from players not on my friends list, which also makes it so i can't send/speak to people not on
    my friends list so no, i have not.

    Says I have no friends added when trying to invite my friend.

    I'm on PC, I have a similar, but different issue. my friends list is empty, but if I go to my messages and click on the profiles of my friends, they then reappear on my friends list. Even though my profile shows 200+ followers and 69 friends, my friends list is still empty. and yes I am signed in to my Xbox account.

    Hey I'm having the same issue TOGxMayhem. I know it's been months since you last posted but if you found a solution can you help me out? I've have not been able to send messages for around 2-4 months, I haven't been enforcement banned, and my reputation
    is fine. I have no idea what's the deal with my messaging.

    Reputation keeps randomly changing.

    My actual profile on my Xbox has been switching, and like I said I never got a message one way or the other.

    Though on Enforcement.xbox.com I can't even click the "reputation" box to see what it says anyway
