Im not able to reinstall games i have already purchased and deleted

AVG Antivirus was the culprit, blocking the game's exe. I had to add an exception to the game's folder and reinstall as AVG couldn't restore the file from the quarantine list.

Sorry to hear that you were about what happened. We understand that you were trying to launch the game however it keeps on looping for reinstallation. Let us check on this together and sort this out in timely manner.

To better isolate your issue, we would like to ask for few questions:

1. May we ask for the error message or code you encounter during the reinstallation? Please post a screenshot and conceal any personal information.
   
2. May we know if you have antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall and PC Optimizer installed to your PC?
   
3. Is this the only game you were experiencing the issue with? Or this issue happens even on other games?
   
4. How about installation in Microsoft Store? Are games or apps gives you same error or issue?

im having the same problem i even tried to uninstall and reinstall i have all mY DLC BUT THE GAME IS GONE... i hope they dont expect me to purchase a game i paid for twice already.
