Discus and support I’m not able to open games and Apps when I sign in. in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; Sometimes when I sign into my account all of the games and apps won’t start up and when I try and report an issue the insider hub doesn’t start either....     I’m not able to open games and Apps when I sign in.


    Sometimes when I sign into my account all of the games and apps won’t start up and when I try and report an issue the insider hub doesn’t start either. This could just be my Xbox being old or it could be a new problem with the new Alpha Skip ahead update.

    After chatting with xbox support, they suggested opening the xbox app on my Windows 10 pc, signing out, and signing back in. When I opened up the game, my saves were all back and I was able to pick up where I left off.

    So, i don’t have another account to sign in with. I’ve had this one account with MS for like 18 years. Also, it still doesn’t bring up the guide menu and i cant use any apps/games when I’m connected to the internet and not signed in to any account. Nothing
    will open at all. The guide menu doesn’t come up but the screen darkens as if it’s up.

    6 months later I’m still having this issue. Guess I shouldn’t expect it to get fixed.

    When I open the app it says it’s signing in, but it never succeeds. If I go into any menus and return to the main screen it says sign in, but the button doesn’t work, an alert flashes for a split second then does nothing.

    In the Settings you Should be able to Change account. I know On the iphone xbox app you Can choose to sign into a different account On the first page when you Open the app
