Im not able to login to game pass,help!

When i try to log in to game pass i get a grey square for a short second,then nothing.

Of course its on my computer.This is what u asked earlier:"Can you please give us some more information? Are you trying to log in to the PC Game Pass app or use Game Pass on your Xbox console?"

And this is what i answered:"Sorry,i thought i already checked the "windows" box.

Im on windows 10 pro.Everything up to date.

Sorry but you haven't answered this question. I mean are you trying to log into the app on your computer or somewhere else? If it is the app that then you should try to reinstall it and restart your computer.

I suggest uninstalling the app with a software that also deletes all the related files on you computer and then reinstalling it.
