    I'm not able to log into my Minecraft account after recovering a hacked Microsoft account...


    So last month my phone broke and i wanted to transfer my authenticator app but turns out Microsoft told me that my account was on hold for 30 days for security information being changed but 2 days ago my friend noticed that my Minecraft username had changed so when I recovered my Microsoft account, I naturally tried to log back into Minecraft, but I couldn't. In lunar client it would say an error has occurred and the official launcher would tell me that I didn't own the game. Could I get some help please? I have contacted Xbox and they said to contact Mojang and Mojang said to contact Microsoft but I can't seem to find the page to contact or open a support ticket.

    I understand that the hacking incident happened pre-migration era however I'm afraid you will need to know the Microsoft account that was hacked and associated with your Minecraft account in order to recover your Minecraft.

    Once you know the Microsoft email account, try to contact Microsoft Xbox Support again to request for an escalation to recover your account from the hacker.
