im not able to log back into my microsoft account on minecraft

after the new update 1.18 i wasnt able to log back in and it kept on telling me to sign in with my previuosly coneected microsft account me and my dad tried to log in with his email on remote connect but it didnt work and said to sign in on my previosly conecrted account so it didnt work can somebody tell me what to do

If I may ask, what device are you using?

Also, kindly restart your device because it may need a refresh since you've mentioned that this happens after the update.

I logged a support ticket with Minecraft through minecraft.net

Im not sure if Microsoft support will be able to assist if i dont know what the offending account is or who it belongs to?

sure there are two types of messages

1. Failed to authenticate your connection.

2.You are not logged into your minecraft account . If you are logged into your minecraft account , try restarting your minecraft client.

btw im able to join cracked servers perfectly fine

just not premiuim servers

Hi Lucas,

So the email that used to be used to log into minecraft has a microsoft account. When I log in to the microsoft account specifically, I'm not sure if the account has been migrated. Like I said, I can't figure out how to log into an account to download minecraft.

Honestly, maybe the account was migrated but to a stolen microsoft account? If that was the case, how would I get my game back?
