I'm not able to install games using xbox app on my PC

First try to re-register the Microsoft Store

- Press Windows + X keys together and click on Windows PowerShell (Admin).

- Now type in the command and hit Enter: Get-AppXPackage *WindowsStore* -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml”}

- Restart the PC.

If that fails, try to disable Proxy Server:

First check if proxy server is enabled;

- Press Windows logo key + I, to open Settings.

- Click on Network & Internet and select Proxy from the left pane.

- Under Automatic proxy setup, toggle the switch to On for Automatically detect settings.

- Now, under Manual proxy setup, toggle the switch to Off for Use a proxy server

Removed both keys, restarted the PC but continue with the same issue.

Sadly you'll have to make a new installation of windows but by keeping all your personal files.

Once you have installed windows again you'll need to update all the available windows updates and then update all the xbox associated apps needed to start and download games.

You'll have to download the new Xbox PC app from the store directly.

Once you have done this you will be able to download the game pass game successfully.

I executed that command on the PowerShell without luck.

Also verified the automatic proxy setup and manual proxy setup and they are using the values that you mention above.

Go below in regedit and delete both keys and reboot.
