Please help. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I've been trying to download the 2.0 patch/TTK for close to a week now and i have had no success what so ever.     I'm not able to install Destiny no matter what i do. Please help.


    I've been trying to download the 2.0 patch/TTK for close to a week now and i have had no success what so ever. I have restarted my console in every way i can find, including factory restore and 'Alternate MAC address' restart. I have changed my DNS
    setting multiple times and i have tried re-installing Destiny all-together (including the DLCs). I've tried downloading many times only for the download to reach 27% or 52% and just stop. I've proven that it's not my internet by reinstalling everything else
    that was on my xbox one before i factory restored. Please help, i just want to play Destiny.

    I'm trying to install my son's Xbox One and no matter what we do, we just can't get the cd compartment open, does anyone know if there is a lock or something or what do I have to do to to get it work on?

    HELP!!! I keep getting error (0x87e0000f) when trying to install destiny 2.

    I keep getting error (0x87e0000f) when trying to install destiny 2 (digital copy). I'm only getting this problem with destiny 2, all other games install no problem. I've tried hard rebooting my console as well as leaving it on instant-on power settings but
    nothing is working. Please Help.

    Sorry to hear it. How are you connected? Wireless or Ethernet? If Wireless please try connecting vie Ethernet to see if that helps.

    Also, can you run a test at www.speedtest.net and post back the results (ping, up and down)?

    It's connected with ethernet. My speeds aren't amazing but they should be working (i doubt it's my internet though). My upload/download are even at ~8.5 Mbps.

    Are you able to play destiny without the dlc?
