    I’m not able to download a game I have on my other Xbox


    I have the normal Xbox one, and just recently upgraded to the Series X, When I first got my xbox one I bought Ark: Survival Evolved, have it downloaded and am able to play it on that xbox. I logged into my new Series X and was hoping to download it for a better experience, but apparently I do not own the game. Which really confused me because I checked on the microsoft store through my xbox one and it says I own the game, and I know for a fact I bought it years ago, Need help please, and really hoping I dont have to buy this game again!

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2-3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > General > Network setting > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address: clear

    Then, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps

    Connected to network but can’t play!

    Thanks for helping me out!!

    Unfortunately I don’t have any other available wireless networks to try it on. My next troubleshooting option is to try removing my Xbox Live profile and rebooting. (I’m away from home right now)

    After resetting my Xbox, I was able to download my game no problem, but it thinks I’m not connected to the internet when I try logging into the game. (Elder Scrolls Online)

    I tried doing that as well and it didn’t work. I’m able to connect to Xbox live the actual net work but I can’t download my profile with my Xbox live account on it. A lot of other users are also having trouble with this problem

    Hi Josef I have the Xbox one X , I’m not sure what insider build/ betta OS is I downloaded it from “game pass” so I’m guessing I don’t have that, I’m guessing it’s internal storage as I don’t have any other storage connected upto my console, I have played other games after this incident and they seem to be fine

    hello i tried the powercycle but it’s still downloading, it’s now at 98.53 gb and counting, i’m able to play the game but is very laggy as it’s downloading, do you have any other options
