    Everytime ill try to buy something it says check your settings. and when i do everything is gray so icant chance anything. ive tryed to make an adult profile but everytime i sing in and go to family bar i cant find my own profile there. Please help me i

    Even though I have my xbox settings to unrestricted and parental controls off, I can't access anything on the WWE Network APP. I get the following message which is: "Restriced Access: The parental control settings do not allow access to this video." Can

    Hey there Crunk! Apologies, but you can't remove a Parental Account until they turn to an adult and promote their account to an Adult Account on their Account. Thanks! :)
