I'm new to using xbox live and dlc's and what not, I need help!

Ok I just got an xbox live account set up and right now I have silver, which is just internet **** on the same **** but he had to put all the points on his profile, so I know its not possible for him to transfer the left over points to me, but is it possible
that if he bought the dlc for a game I play, will it work on my account too since we use the same console?

Can't play game content offline

Ok I lost my Xbox 360 do to a bad luck, I bought a lot of DLC's and games on it, anyways I got the new Xbox 360 slim and redownloaded all the DLC's and games I bought, but when I disconnect from Xbox LIVE it won't let me play the games or DLC's but I am
sign in to my gamer tag, just not sign in live. Please help!

Unable to access DLC's

I've recently sold my Xbox but am now using another, on here I've downloaded my old profile which I've used to download my old DLC's. However now I want to access these on a new profile thats not connected to xbox live, but can't. From here I transferred
the licence to my new Xbox from my old account thinking I can now access the content on my new profile, but still can't. Then I made my new profile connect to Xbox live on a silver account but still can't access the DLC's. What can I do?

As long as your account is the same Xbox the dlcs should already work on your account.

Me and my brother share an xbox but not an account and I purchased the dlc for games and it worked on his profile.

if you are on the same console yes it will work also a one month card gives you a silver color as it is a trail card. a 3 month and a year will turn your account gold.

Master Walnut - A one month GOLD card will most definitely give you GOLD rather than silver. You will only show silver if you are using 2 or 14 day trials, or you just didn't pay at all. I don't know why on earth you would think that 1 month cards wouldn't
give you gold. If you pay, you are gold.

I figured it out, I wanted Hearthfire for Skyrim, and I guess that dlc is a profile specific download so it does have to be downloaded to my profile, But thanks!

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums, Minecraft for Xbox 360 including it's DLC would not work for the Xbox One. You would need to purchase the new
Minecraft Version as well as any DLC available for it.
