    I'm a brazilian gamer and not use credit card, i really want buy a 1 month of gold for R$1 but microsoft try make me put a credit card for buy this month? being that have R$15,00 in Microsoft wallet and o cannot use him for buy a 1 month for R$1? Wtf is

    Guys I need your help translating these credits into money so if 5000 credits=$5.00 then what's 1000 credits? i'm having trouble translating

    I'm not receiving reward credits

    i have not been receiving my rewards at all for the past few months. For instance I have purchased For Honor and didn't receive my 5000 credits please help me sort all this out.

    Gold can only be purchased using a credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. The Microsoft account balance system is not set up to work with a recurring subscription.

    no ... it will still ask for you credit card .... this really is wasted money for xbox.

    i gladly pay with paypal but i'm not getting a credit card

    No, I'm having this problem too. I've tried many different credit cards (mine, my parents, my sisters) and it just keeps saying please enter a valid credit card. At first I thought maybe there was something wrong with my account, but there isn't because
    I tried it on one of my other accounts. Microsoft really needs to fix this, I am getting very irritated, I wanted to hop on the 1$ 1 month, and they won't even let me add a credit card. SMH
