I'm mistakenly sususpended until July please help enforcement team

Hi, my gamertag Is bevo boomin and I recently got a suspension for two weeks from communications on the 23rd of March as I accepted the fact that I was in the wrong so I was ready to serve the time....That was until two days later ( the 25th) that I received
another message saying that I would be banned again for the same reason (the ban would end on 4/9/16). I am stunned by this as to how I am suppose to get banned a second time when I am already banned from doing anything/from communications... (I decided at
the time not to file A petition because they turned me down last year over a different ban totally unrelated).... But now, two weeks later I am still banned/suspended!!!!!.... I just contacted Xbox support ( not the enforcement team) and the man told me that
on the same day they banned me a second time (on March 25th) the enforecmnent team decided to add another ban later on that day to extend the suspension time to July!!!! I am furious and i need I some help .... Please Xbox enforcement team what is the justification
for this false accusation. I can't even file a petetion ihave to post on here because the site wont let me submit a petition. Please enforemnt team help me.i have been with xbox for nearly 5 years now dating back to the 360. I would really hate to switch
to PS4 over a false error

Suspension/Banning

Hello, I was recently suspended from Xbox live until July 23rd for "harassment and abuse". Keep in mind, I was banned from communications until July 21st. Before I was banned, I was not only defending myself but I was also being harassed and your enforcement
team banned me

 

Indefinite ban on account?

I've been suspended since July 7th and July 8th. All my suspensions are up and I'm still unable to play online or message. I'm unable to file for a review anymore and don't know what other suspension I might be being held for as of now. I've spoken with
2 representatives, 1 went through a lot, it seemed like help until he said he was sending out a email incase I needed to follow up. I never got an email, also mentioned he was sending an email to contact the enforcement team. It's been a week and a half since.

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums. You would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com to see about submitting a case review.

I've ensured that you should have an email explaining the situation on the email associated with your gamertag. In the future, we definitely suggest submitting a Case Review at the Enforcement site once you get notification of a suspension for full details
on what is happening.
