I'm missing Rocket League and I signed up for Gold

I signed up for a Gold membership from my dashboard and it said I would get Rocket League for free and I need your help with that.

I talked to your support rep on the phone and they directed me here. I purchased it on 6/15/2017.

Did not received Rocket League code

I signed up for gold through the in dash promotion and did not receive a code for Rocket League

I signed up for XBox Lve Gold during the Rocket League promotion on June 29. A Rocket League code should be sent by July 31. I still not received the code.

Can you help me ?

I bought gold as well but it wont last until july 31 will it be here anytime before then or only on the 31st?

I believe you had to sign up for 3 months in order to qualify, so you should still have gold when it is sent. There's always a possibility the code will be sent before, but that date is per the terms of the offer.

 

Thank you for raising this concern. The promotion started on June 12 and will end on June 30. The promotion is available for users who have purchased the 3 month gold subscription. If you have purchased a subscription with a digital copy, The console will
automatically prompt you to download the game. But this is not a guarantee that the game will be available to download the time you have purchased the subscription. The system will need to validate your account first. And if you have purchased the subscription
as a Physical copy or scratch off card. There should be a code for the game rocket league. All the things I have mentioned today I am basing this from the sources I have. Thank you so

Am I going to receive it via in game prompt?

The timing of that...basically 6 weeks possibly is kind of upsetting. The reason is because i called Xbox support and they said if this code isn't provided to me, they'll refund my purchase of a year of Gold if it's within 30 days...so if I wait until the
end of july and nothing comes, I'm out the code and the refund from Xbox. I would obv repurchase the gold but with some other promotion. Anyway...frustrating that an in game prompt shows you one thing and does something totally different...

 

This only applies to 3-month Gold.

 

Except thats not what the promotion said on the dashboard. Xbox Support tried to tell me I was following bad information on the internet

Well, it's July 29th and still no code. Yes I did buy 3 months gold subscription like the promotion said. Funny thing is that according to the promotion if I had bought it at the store I would have gotten a code for the game download right there and then.
But digitally it's taking a month and a half to full fill. ****. This is 48 hours away from officially becoming a scam.

 

I'd like to point out that on the promotion screenshot above it states: "Offer applies to any Gold subscription." I understand that your goal was to have people purchase 3-month subscriptions but it's not my fault you failed to specify that on the promotion.
I expect my code soon or a really really elaborate excuse. I believe the latter will be provided.

 

I bought the 3 Months of Xbox Live Gold back in June and still haven't received the game. I talked to support 3 times. First I was told that I would get it in 7-10 days. Next time they said before the end of July definitely. The last support chat directed
me here. I did not click on any advertisement about the promotion, I just bought 3 months because I had seen the promotion several times. Hopefully this doesn't mean that I don't get the game.
