https://billing.microsoft.com to find out exactly what the points were used for. If you notice suspicious activity you should call support immediately.

the same thing happend to me i had 2400 msp points i went offline and came back on and they where gon i went and asked some of my friends and they said they dont know what to do came on a week later and there they where

Already tried that I never got my missing points they told me to contact xbox support but my problem isn't listed there

Wow now im 1400 points short
